If you have a Saab Inde look at it, and you are serious about the car, you may want pay a few bucks to drop the oil pan and inspect the pan and the oil pump pick-up strainer for oil sludge. Might give you a good or bad feeling of wether or not the prior owner(s) changed the oil regularly and used full synthetic.
I have a 2001 with 72K. I bought CPO in 2004 with 25K. At the time the dealer was using standard oil for changes unless the customer requested synthetic, which I did the fist time I had it back in for service. This I found concerning, especially since several months latter Saab came out with it's formal letter in the mail talking about the dangers of sludging and the conditions of related warrantee coverage. Even though I was using synthetic oil since I bought it, at about 50K I had the dealer drop the pan and look, there was some moderate sludge acumulation on the pump pickup screen, the dealer replaced the screen and cleaned the pan out. All covered under CPO warrantee. I suspect the first owner simply brought it to the dealer and requested the standard oil change the first 4 changes or so.
