The hardest part of this job will be getting the drive axle out of the intermediate shaft. The easiest way to do that would be with a slide hammer. The rest of the job is pretty easy. Remove the axle nut, seperate the ball joint, pull the drive axle out, move the alternator bracket out of the way, remove the three bolts on the carrier bearing bracket, pull the bracket/bearing/shaft assembly out. You'll have to pull the bearing off the intermediate shaft, and take the bracket somewhere to have the bearing pressed out and the new one pressed in.
