Sorry Nwas, you may have had good experiences with NTB locally, but they are a national chain that is subject to local management pracitces, which are generally not very good. Sears generally doesn't do anything good with a car other than sell the owner tires, or install a new battery. Realistically, any shop that is worth the rate they charge for an alignment will provide a printout of the specs and measurements.
When looking for a shop to service your Saab, you need to keep your eyes open for places that specialize in European imports. Once you find those shops in your city or area, go in to each and make conversation with the owner or manager, tell them you're looking for a specialist and ask questions, tell them about your particular car and the issues you've had with it without going right to the particular issue you're having; any shop you talk to will tell you they can fix nearly anything. Also, try to talk about cars you've had in the past and cars you'd like to own in the future without taking up too much of their time. If they aren't willing to discuss things, they probably aren't the right people to service your car efficiently or properly.
