Unfortunately it looks like that Saab dealer was not aware of the latest PCV update in 2008 (if it was a Saab dealer).

Thos parts replaced is only parts related to repairing the original PCV system and not upgrade it to what we popularly call the PCV #6.

Does it look like this when you look in the engine compartment? Some variation applies depending on if it is a 9-5 or 9-5 but the hoses are essentially the same.
If not, you don't have the latest PCV upgrade which also the part list hints to.
