You want a very small amount of dielectric grease on the ceramic portion of the plug, fairly close to the wrench faces, so that it seals the area covered by the boot from outside contaminants. You could also apply it to the boots of the DI, right at the bottom. Not too much, and definitely not at the electric contact, because it is not conductive.

You may also want a bit of anti-sieze on the threads, again a very tiny amount, and high on the threads very close to the ceramic portion of the plug, to make them easier to remove later.
