Wheel swap and now vibration over 25 mph?

Just got my stock tires and wheels (17") on - they were balanced and aligned. When I drive - starting around 25 mph it sounds like a washing machine staring to spin, when up to about 65 it is a strange low high frequency buzzing sound.
Car is driving fine otherwise, just wanted some ideas what could be going on? Did have an issue with the new snows (16") this year, a lot of vibrating when first put them on, brought them back in and they put some centering rings on and it alleviated the issue. The 17 inch stocks have always worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks!
