No, you need to drain the oil and put fresh oil in; your oil is likely full of gasoline and that will damage the new bearings while they break in. If you want, you can save the oil that has gasoline in it, and use it a quart at a time, after the new bearings are broken in; at that ratio the viscosity won't be reduced enough to cause a problem.
