If this is not a Viggen (B235 engine) I don't think you need to worry about the timing chain.
The older B204/234 engines had a lot longer life on timing chains than the newer B205/235 engines.
If you want to you can pull out the tensioner and look how far it is extended but it is probably ok.
Head gasket is far more likely to fail if you haven't already replaced it and installed new headbolts since the #10 bolt was loose on those engines.
