fixing window rollers: saab shop or any body shop

Hello there and greetings from Rome, Italy
My driver-side window fell of its follers today adn is now stuck inside the door. Having read various posts on the subject, I have decided that it is beyond my limited technical skills, so I am going to take it to someone to do it.
My question is the following: does this have to be done by the one offical Saab repair shop in Rome (expensive, slow) or is it the sort of simple thing that can be done by any body decent body shop (cheaper, certainly quicker, but nonp-specialist).
I have always used the offical Saab repair shop but money is tight, they are always expensive and, as I said, are slow. The joys of a captive market I suppose.. .
Any advice gratefully received. I am hoping to sort the problem on Monday morning (my wife uses the car every day.. sadly it happened when I was in the driving seat...)
