I assume that putting it back together w/o damaging the rubber gasket means you put the manifold insert against the bottom of the t/b to hold the gasket in place and assemble as a unit - true ?? Should I be looking under the black plastic cover to see the condition of those wires ? You had a picture some time back of those wires with the insulation flaking off due to heat.
