Knock sensor and lack of power when hot

Hello Everyone,
I have a question about my SAAB 900 SE V6 1995 130k.
Recently CEL came one and when I checked codes and received:
P0326 Knock Sensor Circuit. Low Input, Bank 1
P0322 Crankshaft Positions Sensor Circuit. Malfunction. NOTE Code always present before cranking.
I replaced the knock sensor with the used one (from 1994 year SAAB) and the CEL disappeared.
Now the car drives fine when cold, however after about 30 min of highway driving I feel loss of power (uneven acceleration). I suspect the knock sensor again. What I read on this forum is that knock sensor gets its ground (negative) connection from the engine body.
My question is: is it okay to clear the knock sensor and the place where it attaches to the engine with the sand paper?
Any other suggestions what might be a problem?
In addition, should I buy new knock sensor?
Regards,
Alex
