I was using two versions, neither of which has tabman.exe. One is version 3.
I could set up a vertual xp machine. I have WIndows 7 64-bit enterprise, which comes with xp-mode. I kind of wonder whether it's windows 7 vs windows XP that's the problem or if it's 32 bit vs 64 bit (in which case I'm guessing that XP mode won't help).
When I try to run the install program, I get a box saying that this version won't install and it specifically mentions looking for a 64-bit version. hmmm
I don't know if you've ever set up anything in XP mode (I have). It's kind of a hassle (but I'm not complaining... at least it's an option).
I'll try it and let everyone know. My contribution to the collective...
