immediately after each shift. Of course you need to turn off the TCS to fully appreciate the effect :) In first there is negligible torque steer, due to the torque limit, in second and third I have definitely had my hands full a couple of times. But that is due to friction loss on one wheel, whilst under full throttle/boost.
Traction has a huge effect on torque steer. If you have equal friction on both tires while accelerating you will feel little. Theoretically if you have identical pull on each wheel, you will feel nothing as each wheel is attempting to turn in at the same rate, negating any pull to one side or the other. Lose traction in one wheel, and its another story all together, more so if you lose/gain traction on one wheel then the other.
