They all more or less have inherent vibrations at idle in D and not much to do except what you have done.
You can try to get a shop with a Tech 2 to raise the idle 50rpm (which is max) and see if it helps but otherwise as long as the balance shafts were timed properly, it is probably just old age and that the transmission start to get rough.
The balance chain cannot slip unless something is very wrong in there.
