Two baby seats in the back should fit fine. I have carted around my kid and her friend in the back of my 9-3 convertible once. I did however lower the top in order to stand inside the car to secure both child car seats. The car doesn't have rear doors. I do like the fact that rear seats are placed more towards the middle than typical sedans (to accommodate the roof mechanism on the sides), giving the rear seaters a better view and an increased degree of safety. My kid likes the raised seating back there . . . although that's actually the result of the front seats being significantly lower than the front seats in our 9-5 wagon.
One neat trick that the OG0-3 has over other convertible is that the backseats can be fully lowered, creating a small flat bed in the back for carting around tall objects like house plants. Wagons and even most crossover SUV's can't do that due to either low roof or raised floor, especially in the back .
