Stanchion Arm Bolt Stuck

Hi everyone,
I am trying to replace the stanchion arm bushing (the one in the back which connects stanchion arm to subframe). Car is 98 900SE.
I am using a breaker bar and cannot get the bolt to turn. I searched the boards and found a lot of horror-stories about people breaking the bolt and or damaging the nut/thread in the subframe.
Anyone have any suggestions? I have an extender pipe I can get more torque with, but am really afraid of breaking the bolt.
Any ideas from the pros on how to safely remove this bolt? Heating? Liquid wrench? Special tool?
Stuck bolts seems to be a major PIA with NG900s.
Thanks in advance. Would appreciate any input.
