Just wanted to make a quick post regarding the Aftermarket Evaporator Core from eEuroparts for a 1998 900 SET with the ACC. In my own research while preparing to replace my leaking core it seemed there was a lot of uncertainty as to the fit of aftermarket cores. Given the better than $800 difference b/w the aftermarket and the OEM core I gave the aftermarket core a shot.

Having done the work and finished the job I am please to report a nearly exact match and trouble free install with the aftermarket core from eEuroparts. The new core required no trimming of the core box or even modifying the insulation. I did have to tweak the tube a bit to align everything with the holes in the firewall.

Just wanted to post this for those considering doing this job but are concerned about fitment issues.
