Brake Master Cylinder Replacement ? Posted by MarcD [Email] (#835) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MarcD) on Sun, 28 Aug 2011 19:48:14 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The problem is the brake peddle just sinks slowly to the floor, never achieving a firm feel. Braking is not the best either. My fist thought was to bleed the brakes which I've done twice now, please see post below for the full story.
After much reading of past posts it would seem my best bet/ next step now is to replace the MC. Any tips or tricks?
After looking around on the web I've found a A1 Cardone rebuilt MC for $85 and an ATE new for $170. The Cardone carriers a 3 year warranty, the ATE a 1 year.
Any thoughts/experiences?
TIA!
