Okay everyone,

Car in Question is a 99' 9-3 M/T Base

Back in Feb. 2011 I had the MAP sensor replaced because of a P0106 Code and I did not know how old the one was at that time.

This past week each morning after sitting overnight the Battery would be flat. Since the battery was new last year I had the car towed to a well respected garage for diagnostics.

The shop replaced the battery and left the car hooked up overnight and found no electrical drain issues. Since the car has been back three days ago the car has started fine and is not draining down the battery anymore.

But... Thursday the car started bucking, loosing power, and stalling at traffic lights. But no CEL or warning lamps of anykind. After about 10 miles the car seemed to be okay.

Friday started to do the same thing but on the way home the CEL came on.
Issues seem to only crop up once the car is warm.

I checked for vacume line for leaks and bad hoses. I also checked my plugs which are the proper NGK plugs. I have been filling the tank with Shell V-Power gas.

I had the CEL read today and I have the P0106 code again. So my questions are...

Do these symptoms seem inline with Map failure?

I had the MAP and CPS changed at the same time earlier this year.
The fuel pump (Walbro) and filter(Bosch) were replaced shortly after the MAP and CPS.

What would cause the MAP to fail so soon?

I dont frequent dirt or dusty roads and my air filter is clean and is not a oiled K&N filter.

Also thought it could be the DIC but I took the red one off of our 98SET and noticed no diffrence Thanks everyone for your input.
