Bite the bullet and remove each headlight, remove the clips and clean the inside of the lens, but not the reflectors. Then, remove, clean and lube the two adjustment knobs. Set the knobs to the midpoint and replace them. Finally, snap any of the loose reflector mountings back into the rear assembly. I like to set the light back in the car and adjust it to level. Then, replace the lens/clips and put back in the car. Finally, do the left/right minor adjustments... Ron
