ALL of the suspension nuts are one-time use only. They are cheap, get new ones! The suspension to chassis bolts need red loctite, as well as the caliper bolts. You can also see other steps Saab took for safety, such as enclosing some of the points where the suspension bolts to the chassis, so that even if a bolt DID break or come loose, things should stay put due from the weight of the car. Tie rods come in from the top, so they can't drop out, etc.
