If its all the bulbs at the same time, check the connector from the main stereo circuit board to the face plate circuit board.
1. Remove radio
2. Pull off volume knob
3. Remove faceplate from radio
4. Look a the connector that connects the faceplate to the rest of the radio
5. You may find that one of the prongs has lifted away from the circuit board.
6. With a soldering iron with a small tip, and a little extra solder, re-solder the lifted prong back onto the board.
7. Reassemble radio.
