Good idea on he vac lines... $10 for 10;' of vac line and a half hour of work. I don't think it's the issue, but eliminate it for $10.
There's no IAC on a T7.
0101, from the WIS is a pressure differential problem "indicates leak between MAF and TB or fault in MAF". Check the electrical connections at the MAF and at the sensor in the black delivery pipe just above the BPC.
0171 indicates a pressure problem too but not a leak. They suggest testing the pressure sensors and if the values are correct then the MAF is suspect. Since you've already changed the MAF, I'm thinking that it might be the pressure sensor.
The next thing they say to check is fuel: pump, delivery, etc.
The issue the 0171 is highlighting is that the calculated fuel requirements based on the MAF and the actual engine requirements are off by more than 25%.
Since you mention that it seems to go away when fully warmed, I would also make sure the temp sensor and thermostat are OK.
