I am faced with having to relace the instrument cluster in a 1999 9-3 ,5 speed manual . A couple of questions before i pick one up on ebay.- 1. Can any cluster from a 199 model year be used, ( i.e out of a 9-5 , 9-3 , automatic or 5 speed manual ) or are there compatibility issues which will interfere ? - 2. Does the 1999 9-3 store milage in the cluster or elsewhere, such as the ecu ? i know the new cluster can only be brought forward to meet vehicle milage.
Any input is greatly appreciated
