Changing V6 sparkplugs.

What is the easiest way to change the back sparkplugs in a 95 900 SE V6?
I purchased the car last year. It now has 68,000 miles and running a little rough at idle and when cold. Expecially in reverse.

Also, my Sport shift button popped out. The car will still go into the Sport mode but not with the button. When I put it in, it does not have any spring action to it.

Thanks for any advice you can share!
