You probably have a sticking EVAP purge valve or a hole in one of the hoses going to the throttle body. The engine runs fine when cold, but as soon as it warms up it will sputter and sometimes stall at a light once warm. The ELCD purge valve sits on the passengers side wheel well and can be cleaned out sometimes. If that doesn't work they can be replaced for under $100.
