I had Guy do two SID displays when I had a 96 900 and 99 9-3. He was excellent to work with.

On the 99 9-3, my original SID started loosing 2 lines three or four months after Guy had repaired it. I sent it back in and he ended up fixing it or just sent another SID he had in stock. Although I paid for shipping to Vermont (where he lives), he did not make me pay for return shipping and I was not charged for the re-repaired or refurbished SID.

I know from experience he does excellent work and he is FAST. I shipped one to him UPS Ground from Massachusetts on a Monday and had that SID back by Friday. He is an electrical engineer by trade and I believe is now retired. Good customer service too, I called him and left a voicemail and was called back before the end of that day.

I have no experience with BBA and have heard they do good work; but I would go with Guy Senesac any day!
