Yes, I think so. At least for a good long time unless you run into problems with the shell. The lowest mileage SAAB I have ever owned is my current 2006 9-5 which started at 82k. I've had NG900s up to 180k an I never bought a new pulley (except to replace one cheap Scan-tech and for the AC disaster mentioned earlier). Use a good synthetic grease and they'll just keep going without wear.
The whole issue of no maintenance cars bothers me. I would love it if SAABs had grease fittings and could be serviced rather than throwing away components when they wear out. The worst thing the auto industry did a couple decades ago was to compete for the lowest cost of ownership. Extended oil change intervals ruined more SAABs than anything else.
