It really sounds like a large vacuum leak. Did you remove the grill and check the intercooler itself see if the side cracked? Also check the "periscope" on the intake manifold that has the 2 small vacuum lines coming out of it have the screw holding them loosen up allowing them to pop up. I guess one more thing for an easy check is there slack in the throttle cable if not put some in it and try to run it. Good luck send back what u find
