Well not sure but looks like the system reset it self after starting car with fuse 35 pulled as now draw with locked and armed is a normal 20ma with fuse back in?
I suspected the battery was on the way out but wanted to confirm no major parasitic drain and now looks like the dying battery was the culprit. Will have to keep an eye on the drain test occasionally to confirm.
Also charging system was tested 100% good so definitely not that.
