according to my mechanic. I asked him the same question recently. He says that it is supposed to do it until the car is warmed up. Does yours shift pretty hard all the time. Mine does. Mechanic said it was also normal for this car. I had the trans oil and filter changed. It definitely runs smoother. You should check yours to see if it has been done since you about the same miles I do.
