Hello, the run on blower fan is a faulty fan speed control unit or blower motor resister in other words. The other component is the interior temperature sensor it has a small fan in it that is all gunked up making noise. It stays on for several minutes after shutting the car off as designed. They are both components of the automatic climate control. Unfortunately they are two separate parts that could be replaced. I would change the fan speed controller as it also has the ground for the ACC control unit running through it. The temp sensor you may be able to clean off the fuzz and dirt and make it slightly happier. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive
