Ok. Went to the body shop today. He is not able to fix it but he sent me to a guy, who sent me to a guy..... Ended up seeing my friend about buying a new WRX. He sent me to a guy... But this guy thinks he can fix it if he can find the right part to use or fabricate. Nothing in his parts catalog to address this. This must have happened to someone else. Has anyone fixed this on their car? Pics below. Think I did it the hard way.
