One possibility is that a rear sway bar link is falling apart. The sway bar links at either end are under tension, and if one of them lets go, then that would cause you to be uneven.
Are the shocks original? If they were ever replaced with adjustable shocks (e.g., Koni), then if one side was set differently, that can result in a little asymmetry. It doesn't make sense that it would, but I saw it happen on my 9000.
