This sounds like a thermostat that is stuck open. Cheap part, releatively high labor on the NG900's. You could do it your self.
With a cold engine, open hood, start car. The upper rad hose should stay cold until the engine is hot, then get warn quickly as the thermostat starts working. On your car, I expect that you will feel the hose getting warm as the engine warms up.
