From your screen name in think your car may have a hydraulic clutch. Maybe some air in the clutch slave cylinder. I've read on the site some advice on getting the air out. I got the Motive power bleeder and bled both the brakes and the slave cylinder, as a part of changing the hydraulic fluid. The brakes and clutch use a common reservoir. Or maybe your clutch slave cylinder is failing. Maybe someone else can advise here. I have not experienced a failure of the slave cylinder.
