I'm guessing the 4 that you are seeing are the platinum and copper variants of both the hot and the cold plug options.
If you do short trips, or drive your car pretty hard, they generally suggest the hot plug with the 7 in it. If you most often do long drives the colder plug is ok. I don't bother with platinums... stupid expensive (I think almost $50 the first and last time I bought a set), especially considering Saab did a great job of making the plugs easy to change. I am running BCPR7ES's in my Viggen with a stage 4 JZW tune and check/replace them every other oil change (so every 6k). The gap is always where they were when I put them in, and there is no electrode fouling or erosion, and the ceramics all look good. Regardless, at <$8 every 6,000 miles, I can afford to change them good or not.
