Dorman makes a tool for inserting fittings into the nylon fuel line. I hear you can bend the line by inserting a spring in the line to prevent the line from collapsing then heat the line to accomplish a bend. When the line cools the bend will stay in place. You then remove the spring. I read about this and need to do it myself. Please let me know how it comes out. I'm planning to buy new line as I'm not sure using the old line is a good idea. I don't think the nylon fuel line costs a lot.
