I had this combo on my '99 9-3 for 9 years and almost 100k miles (car was hit, currently resting in garage) and drove it this way as my daily driver on bad northeastern roads.
The Eibach Pro-Kit springs drop the car 1.2". Looks clean and just a bit low, but not slammed or childish by any means. It just looks neat and tidy.
The Bilstein Sport shocks were a good match for the car. Handling was VERY well controlled. The ride was not carpet smooth, however I feel it was not really any less smooth than the car was before the changes. In other words, the 9-3 rides rough, and it rode equally rough with the changes. In some respects, I actually felt it was a but more supple with the upgrades.
One thing to consider...I bought this stuff 10+ years ago now...you would need to see if they are still produced.
