Its getting rarer and rarer to have rotors turned down now a days... Most rotors get junked after the pads get used up; unless of course you have some high end/racing rotors etc..I had a hard time finding a brake lathe the last time i tried that route,,I paint the center section/hub area to help with rust, if i use a non coated set of rotors
