Not quite sure which bolt you are referring to but Saab's are pretty easy in that most of the nuts and bolts throughout the car is using Metric standard.
So if the bolt in question is 8 mm in diameter, it is an M8 bolt with a thread pitch of 1.25 mm. If the bolt is 10 mm in diameter, it is an M10 bolt with a thread pitch of 1.5 mm.
I doubt there would be an M12 bolts in that location but if it would be, the thread pitch would be 1.75 mm.
One odd ball where it might be a different thread pitch would be the two bolts holding right motor mount and transmission mount to body frame. I think those 4 bolts might be M10 with a fine thread pitch of 1 mm or 1.25 mm.
Also the bolts holding subframe to car body have a fine thread pitch.
