No, they don't, but the wiring is pretty simple and is covered in the Haynes book. You should be fine if the seller will get you the pigtails for the headlight motors and the dashboard switch. You can tap into existing wiring to get it all working. Unless someone inspects your headlights, keep the E-code lenses. They have a better beam pattern. I'm always impressed with how sharp the horizontal cutoff is on mine, and how the beam kinks up and away from oncoming traffic. Some US states specifically allow E-code lenses.
