Getting lots of BOOST, but gauge hardly into YELLOW?! - Saabnet.com Bulletin Board
Another thing I’ve discovered on my new-to-me ‘01 Viggen is that despite getting plenty of boost (my ‘04 9-5 Aero would struggle to keep up!), the gauge hardly even enters the yellow zone, and in most driving, stays all the way to the left, as if I were coasting / foot off accelerator.
Could this be a pressure hose to the gauge? Of the 9 Saabs we’ve had in the family, this is the first time I encounter what seems like a misreading boost gauge...
Anyone have experience with this?
