The best of both worlds for a tame, great street car is an 18T. Do not get a turbo off of ebay unless you know it's not a china variant. Yes, some work fine, others not. Make sure you get a 6cm hot side as well, these comes from the old 9000 aero's. What turbo do you have now on your car as you might need all the lines to make it work if its not a 15t? You will also need injectors and a new tune to make it work right. This really isn't plug and play, there is some work that will need to be done to do it right. Skip the fpr, the tuner will let you know if you need one.
