Turning the key to RUN causes the pump to prime, but nothing further
Turning the key the START runs the starter
When the ECM gets a signal from the CPS it starts the pump, pulses the injectors, and fires the ignition
You really need to drill down and be sure of what's happening... be sure you have spark, be sure you have an ignition signal from the ECM, be sure you have injectors pulsing.
A no start could be a fuel problem or an ignition problem so you gotta know for certain which of those is off.
If the DIC is anything other that a real Saab/SEM part, it's absolutely suspect, but it's not the for-sure problem.
