Should I pass my '02 on to my daughter?

My '02 has a few problems and I don't know if it's a good idea to pass the car on to my daughter.
The Problems:
1) Intermittent no-start -- I think this might be an ignition switch problem, but I'm not sure. When it happens, there's no crank or click; it's just dead and you don't know if/when it might start.
2) Headlight switch failure -- When you turn the headlights on, everything goes dark. If you leave the switch in DRL/off, everything works fine but you have to pull/hold the stalk to get high beams.
3) Timing cover oil leak -- It makes a mess, but I've been told it's not worth the $3,000 to fix it as long as you check the oil level regularly.
The Benefits:
1) I just had the radiator replaced.
2) I've owned it since the end of 2008 and know its strengths and weaknesses; it's been well-maintained and cared for, and I've done probably 75% of the work on it myself.
It's an automatic in good shape, with about 200k miles on it. The ABS control module needs to be rebuilt; I've got it pulled but haven't sent it in yet. Once that's fixed, I think I can get maybe $4,000 for it if I sell it privately (besides the new radiator, it has a stiffer rear sway bar and factory Stainless Sport Exhaust). I don't mind missing out on a private sale if it's a good deal for my daughter, but she's not a Saab Nut and won't be doing any of the maintenance/repair herself.
What do you think?
