Agreed. I'm going to give the reverse bleed method a shot. Here are the instruction I found.
"
1 - remove old fluid from brake fluid reservoir (I used the syringe).
2 - prepare 40-60cc syringe with tube attached (that fits bleeder nipple)
3 - fill syringe with brake fluid, remove air bubbles
4 - attach syringe to clutch bleed nipple (top of trans housing)
5 - open bleeder screw (bleeder is 9mm and aluminum bracket is 14mm)
6 - inject almost all fluid (do not inject air, do not go dry)
7 - close bleeder, remove syringe, test pedal.
"
Will the fluid I'm pushing through bleeder show up in the brake fluid reservoir? Also, does the clutch pedal need to be in the down position or up position when doing this? Any other tips for a somebody doing this for the first time?
If I can get the clutch working, I can mess around with starting the car in different gears. Thanks for the insight!
