The fuel pump and gauge are one unit in the gas tank so it is likely that they are on the same fuse. One way to check the gauge is to lift up the back passenger seat bottom, pull the black plastic cover, disconnect the plug and confirm that there is power going to the sender unit. You can also measure the resistance from the unit to confirm it is working properly. I think 320 ohms is full and around 30ohms is empty.
