I'm not an expert on if things fit, I think the form factors were generaly the same, so mounts/holes stand a good chance of lining up.
I guess it depends on what the seller is including with 'the engine', the price is quite low.... You'd also need the turbo plumbing (intercooler, too), the BPC, various bits of the intake assembly, brackets, etc. You may also need the downpipe and I don't think the cats are the same. No doubt there were differences in the wiring harnesses, too.
I've read the instrument panel is controlled by a card programmed for that model, so displays might be strange, and they may not. Plus, no TURBO/APC gauge -- that's all the fun! :)
Given labor costs, it may well be cheaper to sell the 94, take that extra money, and buy a 95 or 96 SET. The you could probably spend more time on modifying a known quantity to get more power.
