after stripping the 8mm bolts by following the 40 FT. Lb torque directions (hopefully SAS fixed this mis-print), and english grade 8 bolts and heavy washers were easy to get at the local hardware store. I didn't check the size of the mounting holes but 3/8" might fit as well.
I am bit surprised about your rusted fasteners and your taking the time to paint your SAS sway bar. But then you have salted roads in the winter and we don't.
